As you can see, I've finished with the regular stitches on this baby sampler. Yeah... and there was much rejoicing! I even started on the backstitching on the right side and mapped out the baby information for the center. I thought the teddy bear was bad but the rabbit was much worse... lots of color changes. In addition to that the rascally rabbit has french knots for eyes. I hate doing french knots. Of course, the baby information will have about 8-10 french knots. Grrrrr. Still, I expect to have it completed this weekend, french knots and all.I was able to get so much done because it's a great hobby to do while watching videos. This weekend we watched the entire John Adams miniseries. It was excellent. I would highly recommend it to everyone. I wish HBO would do miniseries on each of the founding fathers. It's a great way to learn history.
